There are many reasons for new feature adoption fails, but here is how to fix it.

Time for you and your design pal to look at user data and whiteboard + tons of caffeine.
I do not think it solves my problems - Nobody to blame it on, it's not them it's you Mr/Miss PM! If you think you have sh*t sorted then happy hour with the customer success team to plan user training.
