Why won't you try the new feature - My lord?


There are many reasons for new feature adoption fails, but here is how to fix it.

The 3 "I do not" buckets framework.

1. I do not know the feature was even there.

2. I do not know how to use it.

3. I do not think it solves my problem.

Check your User adoption software flows, time to take your marketing pals for lunch!

I do not know how to use it - Not so easy fix.

Time for you and your design pal to look at user data and whiteboard + tons of caffeine.

I do not think it solves my problems - Nobody to blame it on, it's not them it's you Mr/Miss PM! If you think you have sh*t sorted then happy hour with the customer success team to plan user training.
